Allie received her Bachelor’s in Music Education with a Guitar Emphasis at Utah State University. She has studied guitar with Mike Christiansen, Corey Christiansen, and Austin Weyand. She's also taken songwriting seminars from Mary Gauthier and Kristen Andreasson. Allie currently is band leader of the Folk/Americana group Mama LongLegs and plays performances weekly. As of 2024, Allie has played guitar for 21 years, and has taught guitar for 17 years.
